I did totally rewrite the code. When a crawler requests the page I do insert the extracted text from the corresponding pdf page as plain text. Lets wait and see if this works.
When the google crawler tries to index my non-flash ePaper he should recognize the metatag with name="fragment" and content="!" and request the page with the URL www.patrickmueller.li/epaper/?_escaped_fragment_ and get back the Pdf of the magazin. This is implemented according to the page Making AJAX Applications Crawlable
